Mackerricher State Beach is located at 39.490156, -123.797638. While most people are after the beach or the tide pools, divers can follow the boardwalk trail north to the point and drop in at the gravelly cove beach.

MacKerricher State Beach is huge but most of it looks like this part taken near Inglenook Fen. Incidentally, this is exactly the part of the beach you don't want to dive.
