"Lone Metridium is a landmark marked by a single Metridium near the top edge of the north end of the reef. It marks the beginning and return point of advanced dives to the west. Someimes the Metridium is harder to spot because it has shrunk to a small off-white 'hockey-puck'."[1]

Entry & Access
Surface swim from Whaler's Cove or by boat. Start from Worm Patch, head out towards Hole in the Wall. From the end of the reef with Hole in the Wall, go west until you find another structure then follow that north until it ends at a depth of 70'. The lone metridium is at the top of the reef at 55-60'.
Skill Level & Hazards
Length of surface swim into potentially rougher surf and depth make this an intermediate site. An diver with moderate experience can usually reach this site on a single tank.
