AKA Greenwood State Beach. It is located in the town of Elk off the PCH.
There's still abundant kelp here on the north side of the cove and the fish seem happy enough along the rocky shores there around Wharf and Casket Rock. It seems to be the best place to go. Gunderson Rock is a scenic centerpiece of the cove and seems to have plenty of kelp on the outer side of it.
