Not only will you be huffing and puffing to hike your gear down the steep trail from the parking lot to the water, you'll be doing it in a thinner atmosphere at 8,000 feet. Divers who put the work in get treated to some of the clearest water in the world and essentially unlimited depth. But they will work for it.
